Pork Scallop with Raw Ham and Brie
Ingredients: pork scallops, raw ham, brie, salt, pepper,

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees (fan). Flatten the pork scallops. Siege each pork scallop with 3 slices raw ham and 2 slices brie. Roll the pork scallops and prick down with a cocktail prikker. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the pork scallops brown in hot butter. Place the pork scallops in a baking dish. Put on each pork scallop with another a slice of brie. Put the baking dish approximately 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with potatoes and a salad for example. Enjoy!
