Season 2 pork scallops with salt and pepper. Spread with mustard and lay a slice of ham on it. Cut 1 banana in half and lay it on the pork scallops. Roll the pork scallops and puts it down with a pin. Bake the meat rolls brown at all sides in the hot butter. Remove the meat rolls from the pan, put them in a baking dish and place the baking dish approximately 15 minutes in the preheated oven at 170 degrees (hot air). Meanwhile make a sauce. Cook in the remaining fat 1 sliced onion about a minute or 5. Add 100 ml water and 1 tablespoon crème fraiche. Let the crème fraiche melt on low heat.
