Macaroni with Minced Pork
Ingredients: macaroni, salt, 300 grams minced pork, 2 onions, 1 green pepper, 1 garlic clove, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 100 ml water, pepper, paprika, grated cheese,

Boil the macaroni in boiling water with some salt al dente. Bake in hot oil 300 grams minced pork until brown. Add 2 sliced onions, 1 chopped green pepper and 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Stir fry a minute or 3. Add 1 tomato puree, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and 100 ml water. Bring to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat a bit more. Serve the pasta with the meat sauce and grated cheese. Enjoy!
