Quesadilla's with Mushrooms and Cheese
Ingredients: 30 grams butter, 1 onion, 30 grams flour, 250 ml milk, 100 grams grated cheese, parsley, 250 grams mushrooms, 1 clove garlic clove, 4 tortilla wraps,

Preheat the oven at 160 degrees (fan). Melt 30 grams butter and fruit a1 finely chopped onion in it. If the onion is soft add 30 grams flour and cook brief. Add gradually 250 ml milk while stirring. Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in 100 grams of grated cheese and parsley to taste. Bake 250 grams sliced mushrooms with 1 chopped garlic clove until the mushrooms are soft. Spread the cheese sauce on 4 tortilla wraps. Scoop at 2 tortilla wraps the mushrooms and place the other 2 tortilla wraps on it. Bake the quesadilla’s about 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Enjoy!
