Pasta with Chorizo and Peas

Ingredients: farfalle, salt, 100 grams chorizo, 1 onion, 3 sun-dried tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes, 150 grams of frozen peas, 100 ml beef stock,
Boil the farfalle in boiling water with some salt. Bake in a hot wok with a little oil 100 grams diced chorizo and 1 finely chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 3 chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 1 can diced tomatoes, 150 grams of frozen peas and 100 ml beef stock. Put all at a lower heat and let simmer 10 minutes. Serve the sauce with the farfalle. Enjoy!
