Pork Chops with Spicy Sauce
Ingredients: 2 pork chops, 3 garlic cloves, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 1 chilli pepper, 1 red pepper, 250 grams chesnut mushrooms, 1 tablespoon sugar,

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees (fan). Grease a baking dish with oil. Put 2 pork chops in a baking dish with 3 garlic cloves, thyme sprigs, rosemary leaves, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with oil. Turn the baking dish approximately 30 minutes in the oven.

For the sauce bake 1 finely chopped onion, 1 red pepper and 1 finely chopped chilli pepper until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams sliced chesnut mushrooms and bake it until the mushrooms are soft. Add 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Serve the pork chops with the spicy sauce. Enjoy!
