Preheat the oven at 150 degrees (fan). Mix 250 grams butter with 200 grams brown sugar and 160 grams sugar into a smooth mass. Add 3 eggs, one at a time. Then add 300 grams of flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda and 60 grams of cocoa powder and mix it a good batter. Chop 250 grams of plain chocolate to pieces and add to the batter.
