Cordon Blue

Ingredients: pork scallops, salt, pepper, ham, cheese, egg, flour, breadcrumbs,
Sprinkle the pork scallops with salt and pepper. Siege the pork scallops with cheese and ham. Fold and close with a cocktailprikker. Get the ‘cordon bleu’ by the flour, then by a beaten egg and finally by breadcrumbs. Bake the cordon bleu’s brown at both sides in hot butter. Next place the pan about 15 minutes in a preheated oven so the pork scallops are well cooked inside. Enjoy!
