Marrow Fat Peas Dish

Ingredients: 150 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 1 tin tomato puree, 100 ml beef stock, 1 jar marrow fat peas,
Bake 150 gram diced bacon crispy. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 red pepper, and bake it until the onion is soft. Add 1 tin of tomato puree, 100 ml beef stock and 1 jar marrow fat peas. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Enjoy!
