Chicken with Pineapple

Ingredients: rice, 2 chicken breasts, 1 tablespoon ginger powder, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 garlic clove, 1 tin tomato puree, 25 grams of sugar, 100 ml chicken stock, 3 onions, 1 canned pineapple pieces, salt, pepper,
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Marinate 2 diced chicken breasts with 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon ginger powder and 1 chopped garlic clove. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes. Make a tomato sauce by 1 tin tomato puree, 25 grams of sugar, 100 ml chicken stock. Mix well. Bake in the hot oil 3 sliced onions into rings until the onions are soft. Add the marinated chicken breast and bake it brown. Add the tomato sauce with 1 canned pineapple pieces (without the juice). Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with the rice! Enjoy!
