Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion is soft. Add 1 sliced red cabbage. Stir fry until it shrunks. Add the zest of 1 orange, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons ginger syrup, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon chili jam, salt and pepper. Lower the heat and leave to simmer for about 15 minutes. At last, add 50 grams washed raisins. Heat briefly. Serve with potatoes. Enjoy!
It starts with 1 sambal. I think it should 1 onion.
