
Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, thyme, 300 grams of minced beef, 1 carrot, 4 sticks celery, 2 cans diced tomato, 1 tin of tomato puree, red wine, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, spaghetti, grated cheese,
Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme to taste. When the onions are soft, add 300 grams of minced beef. Stir fry until the minced beef is brown. Then add stir in 1 grated carrot, 4 sticks celery, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 splash red wine, Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Bring all to the boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 2 hours. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the packaging. Serve with spaghetti bolognese. Sprinkle grated cheese if necessary. Enjoy!
