Chinese Braised Beef
Ingredients: rice, 600 grams of beef, 3 spring onions, 1 tablespoon ginger syrup, 1 teaspoon sambal, 2 star anise, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 50 grams sugar, 2 tablespoons rice wine, 1 teaspoon Chinese fivespice, 500 ml chicken stock, 1 carrot,

Boil the rice according to the directions on the packaging. Bake 600 grams of diced beef brown in hot butter.
