Spaghetti with Leeks
Ingredients: spaghetti, 150 gram diced bacon, cumin, 2 leeks, salt, pepper, sour cream,

Cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions. Bake in a hot wok 150 gram diced bacon crispy with a pinch of cumin. Remove the diced bacon from the pan and bake in the remaining fat 2 cut in rings leeks for about 2 minutes. Bring to taste with salt, pepper and cumin. Lower the heat and let the leek braise for about 10 minutes. Add the diced bacon back in the pan and heat a bit more. Serve the spaghetti with the leek mixture. Add a spoonful of sour cream. Enjoy!
