
Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon sambal, 2 chicken breasts, 1 red pepper, 1 courgette, salt, pepper, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, sesame seeds, tortilla wraps,
Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion is soft. Add 1 teaspoon sambal and 2 sliced chicken breast. Stir fry until the chicken breast is golden brown. Add 1 diced red pepper and 1 diced courgette. Stir fry until the vegetables are tender. Season it with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey and sesame seeds. Heat it a bit more. Meanwhile prepare the tortilla wraps according pack instructions. Fill the wraps with the chicken mixture and fold or roll the tortilla wraps well. Enjoy!


Ingredients: 85 grams butter, 2 tablespoons syrup, 1/2 tablespoon vanilla aroma, 300 grams selfraising flour, 100 grams sugar, 25 gram cocoa powder, 1 sachet baking powder, 100 grams plain chocolate, 3 tablespoons syrup,
Melt 85 grams of butter. Whisk in a bowl 2 tablespoons syrup, 1/2 tablespoon vanilla aroma and the melted butter into one. Mix in another bowl 300 grams selfraising flour with 100 grams of sugar, 25 grams of cocoa powder and 1 sachet baking powder. Stir the butter through the flour mixture. Stir until you have a good batter. Pour the batter in a greased and floured cake tin. Place the cake tin approximately 50 minutes in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan). Let the chocolate cake cool in the cake tin on a wired rack. Remove the chocolate cake from the mould and place the chocolate cake on a large plate.
Then make the chocolate glaze. Melt ‘au bain marie’ 100 grams of plain chocolate with 3 tablespoons syrup. When it is melted spread it directly on the chocolate cake. Allow the glaze to harden. Enjoy!

Ingredients: macaroni, 2 onions, 250 grams diced ham, tomato ketchup,
Cook the macaroni pack instructions. Cook in hot oil 2 finely chopped onions until it is light brown. Add 250 grams of diced ham and stir fry brief. Drain the macaroni. Add the onion-hammixture over it. Sprinkle grated cheese over and add tomato ketchup to taste. Enjoy

Cook pasta in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion and 2 finely chopped shallots until both are soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast and stir fry until the chicken breast is golden brown. Add 300 grams of frozen spinach and thyme to taste and stir fry until the spinach is warm. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of pesto, 100 ml cream and 50 grams of old grated cheese. Heat a bit more. Serve with the pasta. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 500 grams veal, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 1/2 tablespoon cloves powder, 1 cube chicken stock, 300 ml water, parsley, thyme, 2 bay leaves, 250 grams mushrooms, 2 tablespoons cream, 1 tablespoon cornflour, 2 tablespoons cold water,
Bake 500 grams cubed veal brown in hot butter. Add 2 sliced onions, 1 sliced carrot and 1/2 tablespoon cloves powder. Stir well and let it gently simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1 cube chicken stock and 300 ml of water. Bring all to the boil. Lower the heat. Add parsley and thyme to tast. Add 2 bay leaves in the stew. Let it gently simmer for 1 1/2 hour. Add 250 grams sliced in fourths mushrooms and just simmer it for another 15 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons cream last. If the sauce remains too thin, add 1 tablespoon of cornflour and 2 tablespoons cold water. Serve with baked potatoes. Enjoy!

Boil the rice according pack instructions
Bake in hot oil 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, 2 chopped onions, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon kurkurma, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon ginger powder and 1 teaspoon sambal. Stir fry until the onions are tender. Add 1 diced chicken breast and stir fry about 2 minutes. Add 400 ml coconut milk, 1 can diced tomatoes, 200 grams peas and salt to taste. Bring to the boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes. At last add some finely chopped coriander.
Serve with the rice. Enjoy!

Ingredients: tagliatelle, 2 red onions, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, 50 grams pine nuts, 400 grams endive,
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water with some salt.
Cut 2 red onions in slices and place it in a baking dish. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and with brown sugar. Place the baking dish under the hot grill and grill the onions for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile bake 50 grams pine nuts golden brown. Scoop it from the pan. Add some oil to the pan and heat well. Add bit by bit 400 grams endive and stir fry until done. If the endive shrunk add the pine nuts and roasted red onions. Heat brief.
Scoop the endive on the tagliatelle. You can sprinkle some grated cheese over it, if you like it. Enjoy!
