Tomato Bacon Strudel

Tomaten-Spek Strudel met Kaas
Ingredients: filo, 250 grams of mushrooms, 100 grams diced bacon, 4 tomatoes, 150 grams of grated cheese, Italian herbs, 1 egg,

Defrost the filo sheets as indicated on the packaging, otherwise it’s a disaster to work with.

Mix in a bowl 250 grams sliced mushrooms, 100 grams diced bacon, 4 diced tomatoes (such as roma tomatoes), 150 grams of grated cheese and dried Italian herbs to taste.

Lay a sheet of filo ready and scoop it the tomato-bacon mixture. Fold in place and put some beaten egg over it. Prepare as 6 packets. Place the packets on a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the baking sheet about 30 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (hot air). Tasty!

Balletjes in Tomatensaus
Ingredients: 300 grams minced beef, dried Italian herbs, salt, peper, flour, stock, 1 onion, 1 shallot, 1 carrot, 7 tomatoes, 1 tin tomato puree, 1 can diced tomatoes, thyme, 2 bay leaves,

Season 300 grams of minced beef with dried Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Make balls, about the size of a large marble. Roll the meatballs in the flour. Poach the meatballs into boiling stock.

Meanwhile heat oil in the pan and cook 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped shallot and 1 grated carrot to soft. Add 7 peeled and diced tomatoes, (eg roma tomatoes), 1 tin tomato puree and 1 can diced tomatoes. Heat well. Season with thyme. Add 2 bay leaves. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water if necessary. Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce. Heat a bit more. Enjoy!

Puff Pastry Shell with Creamy Ham and Mushrooms
Ingredients: puff pastry shells, 40 grams butter, 125 grams diced ham, 150 grams mixed mushrooms, 100 gram mushrooms, 3 tablespoons flour, 250 ml chicken stock, 3 tablespoons cream, parsley,

Heat the puff pastry shells as indicated on the packaging.

Melt 40 grams of butter in a wok and cook 125 grams of diced ham slightly brown. Add 150 grams of mixed mushrooms cut into slices and 100 grams of sliced mushrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Add 3 tablespoons flour and stir fry short. Pour gradually 250 ml chicken stock and 3 tablespoons cream. Keep stirring until the sauce is slightly thicker and bind. Season with parsley.

Fill the puff pastry shells with the mushrooms! Enjoy!

Noodles with Spinach and Curry Chicken

Noodles with Spinach and Curry Chicken
Ingredients: noodles, 1 diced chicken breast, 1 tablespoon curry powder, salt, pepper, 100 gram diced ham, 1 garlic clove, 500 gram spinach, 100 ml water, 100 ml chicken stock,

Boil the noodles according pack instructions. Season 1 diced chicken breast with about 1 tablespoon curry powder, salt and pepper. Bake in hot oil spiced chicken breast, 100 grams of diced ham and 1 chopped garlic clove. If the chicken breast is golden brown, gradually 500 grams of spinach. Stir fry until the spinach is done. Add 100 ml water and 100 ml chicken stock. Bring to the boil and let the sauce slightly thicken. Serve with noodles. Enjoy!

Oven Baked Ravioli

Oven Baked Ravioli
Ingredients: ravioli with mushroom filling, 1 onion, 250 grams chesnut mushrooms, 2 tablespoons flour, 250 ml vegetable stock, 2 tablespoons cream, mozzarella, grated cheese,

Cook the ravioli with mushroom filling according pack instructions. Meanwhile cook in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion until it is soft. Add 250 grams sliced chesnut muhrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour and fry briefly. Pour it little by little 250 ml vegetable stock. Finish with 2 tablespoons cream. Pour the ravioli and stir it with the mushrooms. Pour the whole into a baking dish. Spread slices mozzarella over it and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the baking dish approximately 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (hot air). Enjoy!

Pasta with Peas in Creame Cheese sauce
Ingredients: pasta, salt, 150 grams diced bacon, 200 gram peas, 1 garlic clove, 80 grams soft cheese with herbs, 250 ml cream, 100 grams grated cheese, parsley,

Cook pasta in the boiling water with some salt. Bake in a hot wok 150 gram diced bacon crispy. Add 200 grams of frozen peas, 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 80 grams soft cheese with herbs, 250 ml cream, 100 grams grated cheese and parsley. At the low heat melt the cream cheese and grated cheese. Drain the pasta and stir it with the sauce. Heat a bit more. Enjoy!

Noodles with Chicken and Carrot

Noodles with Chicken and Carrot
Ingredients: noodles, 1 carrot, 1 chicken breast, Chinese five-spice, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, coriander, sesame seeds,

Cook the noodles according pack instructions. cut 1 carrot in to matchsticks in the food processor. Sprinkle 1 sliced in stripes chicken breast with Chinese five-spice. Cook the chicken breast in hot oil golden brown. Add the carrot and stir fry brief. Add 2 tablespoons honey and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Stir well. Drain the noodles. Add the noodles to the chicken and carrot. Sprinkle chopped coriander and sesame seeds over it. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
