Chicken Breast with Mangetouts
Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 chicken breast, 1 teaspoon sambal, ginger powder, 200 grams mangetouts, 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 200 ml water, 1 cube chicken stock, 2 star anise,

Cook in hot oil 1 chopped onion until it is soft. Add 1 diced chicken breast and cook the chicken breast brown. Add 1 teaspoon sambal and ginger pwoder after taste. Stir fry still one minute and put than 200 grams mangetouts. Stir fry is also a minute and add 1 tablespoon rice wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 200 ml water and 1 cube chicken stock to it. Bring to the boil and then turn the heat on medium. Add 2 star anise, and let it simmer for a minute or 20. Serve with noodles or rice. Enjoy!

Pancakes with Spinach Filling

Pancakes with Spinach Filling
Ingredients: 1 onion, 1 garlic, thyme, 500 grams spinach, 2 teaspoons pesto, 3 tablespoons cream, 100 grams grated old cheese, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, pancakes,

Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove with a little thyme to taste. When the onion is soft, add about 500 grams frozen spinach. Stir until it is defrosted. Add 2 teaspoons pesto and about 3 tablespoons cream. Lower the heat and stir in 100 grams grated old cheese and 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs. When the cheese is melted, you can fill the pancakes. You can bake pancakes yourself, but sometimes those ready-to-eat pancakes are also very easy. Roll the pancakes around the filling and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle some grated cheese over it. Turn the baking dish in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan) for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 garlic clove, dried basil, dried oregano, 1 teaspoon sambal, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 4 portobello’s, mozzarella, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, oil, thyme,

First make the tomato sauce. Cook on a medium heat 1 finely chopped garlic clove with a little dried basil, dried oregano and 1 teaspoon sambal. After a minute, add 1 tin diced tomatoes to it. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Pour it in a baking dish. Put 4 portobello’s in the tomato sauce. Siege the portobello with mozzarella. Sprinkle grated cheese and breadcrumbs over it and pour at last a little oil over the portobello’s and after taste what thyme. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (fan) for about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve the portobello’s as a main course with pasta. Enjoy!

Tagliatelle with Tomato Sauce, Mushrooms and Sausages
Ingredients: tagliatelle, salt, 3 sausages, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 200 grams sliced mushrooms, 100 ml water, 1 cube beef stock,

This is a simple, fast and tasty pasta. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water with a little salt. Get the skin of 3 sausages and make balls of it. Fry the balls golden brown in hot oil. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove and a teaspoon dried oregano, stir fry 1 minute. Add 1 tin diced tomatoes, 200 grams sliced mushrooms, 100 ml water and 1 cube beef stock. Bring all to the boil and let the sauce simmer on a lower heat. This will take a minute or 10. Ready! Enjoy!

Braised Beef

Braised Beef
Ingredients: 400 grams beef, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 250 grams chesnut mushrooms, 100 ml red wie, 1 tablespoon brown sugarm 400 ml beef consomme, thyme, 2 bay leaves,

Cut 400 grams of beef in 3 or 4 equal pieces. Season it with salt and pepper. Bake the meat brown in the hot butter. Remove them from the pan and sed aside. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion, when the onion is soft, add 250 grams chesnut mushrooms cut in fourths. Stir it 1 or 2 times, and than add 100 ml of red wine and 1 tablespoon dark sugar. Bring all to the boil so that the wine evaporates. Stir in 400 ml beef consomme and to taste thyme. Als add 2 bay leaves. Leave it on a low heat and let it simmer for about 1 1/2 hour. Take the lid of the pan and allow the sauce to reduce on medium heat. Serve with a salad and potatoes for example. Enjoy your meal!

Oven Baked Chicken Breast

Oven Baked Chicken Breast
Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts, salt, pepper, 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard, 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 150 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, 200 grams mushrooms, 125 ml cream,

Season 3 chicken breast with salt and pepper. Bake them and brown in hot butter. Put the chicken breast in a baking dish. Make a sauce of 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard and 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup, spread over the chicken breasts. Bake meanwhile 150 gram diced bacon crispy. Add 1 chopped onion and 200 grams sliced mushrooms. when the mushrooms are tender add 125 ml cream and stir wel. Pour the mushroom sauce over the chicken breasts and place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (fan) for about 25 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad and potatoes. Enjoy!

Oven Baked Cauliflower
Ingredients: 400 grams cauliflower, 1 onion, 150 grams minced pork, 200 grams sliced mushrooms, salt, pepper, curry powder, 250 ml cream, 1 egg, 30 grams grated cheese, grated old cheese,

Boil about 400 grams florets cauliflower in boiling water al dente. Meanwhile bake in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion until it is soft. Add 150 grams of minced pork and fry it brown.
