Ingredients: potatoes, salt, 450 grams curly kale, milk, 400 grams minced beef, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 teaspoons mustard, sald, 1/2 tablespoon paprika, 1 egg, 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
Boil 1 kilo of potatoes in water with a little salt in about one minute or 20 or until cooked, and 450 grams of frozen curly kale in a separate pan with a knob of butter until done. Drain the potatoes and scoop the curly kale on the potatoes. Take a little milk and combine the potatoes and curly kale with a masher. For the meatballs: mix with 400 grams of minced beef with 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mustard, salt, 1/2 tablespoon paprika, 1 egg and about 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs. Make 4 or 5 balls (or more or less depending on how big you want the meatballs). Cook the meatballs around brown. When the meatballs are brown, add 400 ml beef consomme to it. Lower the heat and cook meatballs in 45 minutes ready. Enjoy!
