Cut 4 pork escalopes into strips (not too small). Create a plate with flour mixed with salt and pepper, a deep plate with a beaten egg and a plate of breadcrumbs mixed with dried oregano. Get the pork escalopes first through the flour, then the beaten egg and than through the breadcrumbs. Bake the pork escalopes brown in hot butter, and place them in a baking dish.
For the tomato sauce cook in the hot oil 1 finely chopped shallot and 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Add 3 diced tomatoes, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar and oregano to taste. Take a glance to the boil and allow it to simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour the tomato sauce over the pork escalopes in the baking dish. Tear off a bullet mozzarella and cover it as much as possible over the baking dish. Sprinkle at last grated old cheese. Turn the baking dish in the preheated oven at 170 degrees (fan) for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
