Because of a course, I was a little later at home, but there had long delicious smells from the kitchen. Michel cooked today. On the table was tagliatelle with green beans in tomato sauce with grilled chicken breast.
Ingredients: tagliatelle, salt, 250 grams beans, 1 onion, 1 red onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 chicken breast, salt, pepper, Italian herbs, grated cheese,
Boil the tagliatelle in boiling water with some salt. Boil about 250 grams of beans al dente. Bake in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion, finely chopped 1 red onion and 1 garlic clove until the onions are tender. Then add 1 tin diced tomatoes and the beans. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle 1 chicken breast with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and cook the chicken breast in a hot grillpan brown. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Serve the tagliatelle with green beans in tomato sauce and the chicken breast cut into strips. Sprinkle some cheese over it at last. Enjoy your meal!
