
Ingredients: fusilli, salt, 1 onion, 250 grams minced beef, 1 can diced tomatoes, 2 tomatoes, 200 grams peas, 1/2 cube beef stock, pepper,
Boil the fusilli in boiling water with some salt. Bake in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion. When the onion is soft, add 250 grams of minced beef and 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Bake minced beef brown. Then add 1 can diced tomatoes, 2 diced tomatoes, 200 grams peas (frozen is fine) and 1/2 cube beef stock. Take a glance to the boil and let the peas be cooked on a low fire in a minute or 10. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with fusilli. Enjoy!
