Tenderloin with Sundried Tomatoes and Mushrooms
Ingredients: 2 pork tenderloins, salt, pepper, 1 onion, 3 spring onions, 3 sundried tomatoes, oregano, 100 ml white wine, 200 grams mushrooms, 3 tablespoons creme fraiche,

Season 2 pork tenderloins with salt and pepper. Bake them and brown in hot butter. Now add 1 finely chopped onion and 3 spring onions sliced in rings . Bake it until it is soft. Now add 3 finely sliced sun-dried tomatoes and oregano and pour 100 ml of white wine. Bring to the boil and lower the heat and let it simmer with the lid on the pan for about 10 minutes. Add 200 grams sliced mushrooms and stir. Leave it for another 15 minutes with the lid on the pan to simmer. At last stir 3 tablespoons creme fraiche to it, heat a bit more. Serve for example with pasta. Enjoy your meal!
