Ingredients: tagliatelle, 300 grams flour, 3 egs, 30 ml oil, salt, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 300 grams minced beef, 1 carrot, 200 grams mushrooms, 1 tin diced tomatoes, 1 cube mushrooms stock, red wine, tomato ketchup,
For the selfmade tagliatelle you mix 300 grams of flour with 3 eggs, 30 ml oil and a pinch of salt. Put the flour on the worksurface and make a hole in it. Put in this hole the eggs, oil and salt. Now gently mix it until you have a dough. Then you have to knead until you have a elastic dough. Divide the dough into 3 bullets and you can go on to the pasta machine. Get the dough trough the pastamachine, start at setting 7 and end at setting 1. With the thinnest dough make the tagliatelle with the extra device of the pasta machine. selfmade pasta needs short cooking. Approximately a minute or 4 in boiling water with a little salt.
For the sauce bake in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and thyme until the onion is soft. Add 300 grams of minced beef and fry it brown. Add 1 sliced carrot and 200 grams of sliced mushrooms. Stir fry this. Add 1 tin diced tomatoes and 1 cube mushroom stock and a splash of red wine. Let it boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes. At last add some tomato kechup.
Serve the tagliatelle with the tomato sauce in a nice pasta plate and add some grated cheese. Enjoy your meal!
