Sometimes you just need chocolate, so I made delicious brownies!
Ingredients: 70 grams plain chocolate, 110 grams butter, 225 grams sugar, 2 eggs, 150 grams flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma, 1 teaspoon baking powder,
Melt au-bain marie 70 grams of plain chocolate with 110 grams of butter. Mix in a bowl with 225 grams of sugar and 2 eggs until the eggs are lighter in colour. Add 150 grams of plain flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix this until you have a good batter. Now add the chocolate mixture to the batter and mix well. Cover a brownie baking dish with baking paper and pour the batter in it. Put the baking dish in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan) for about 20 to 25 minutes. Let the brownies cool in the baking dish and then cut squares. Enjoy!
