
This is a pretty easy, fast and vegetarian recipe.
Ingredients: rice, 400 grams broccoli, 1 garlic clove, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine, 50 ml water,
Boil the rice according to the directions on the package. Boil about 400 grams of broccoli rose just al dente. Drain. Heat a wok with oil and stir fry 1 finely chopped garlic clove with broccoli, season it. Stir fry for 1 minute. Stir in 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine and 50 ml of water. Stir fry for another 5 minutes and than serve with rice. Enjoy your meal!
