Mushrooms in Beer Batter
This is delicious as a snack with hot sweet chilli sauce or if we have done as starter. Make er person 3 large mushrooms clean. Make a batter with 1 / 2 bottle beer (we had Heineken), salt, pepper, thyme, oregano to taste and 1 egg. Stir then little by little about 100 grams plain flour. You need a thickness of yoghurt. Add the mushrooms to the batters (the batter should be everywhere on the mushroom) and fry the mushrooms in hot oil until it is golden brown. Let the mushrooms even leak on paper towels and serve them with sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy!

Asian Pie

Asian Pie
Cook 250 grams of minced meat to brown. Add 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon ginger powder. Cook until onion is soft. Stir in 1 tablespoon flour. Add 1 sliced carrot and 50 gram chopped cashew nuts, and then little by little 250 ml chicken stock. Bring to the boil briefly. Stir in 50 grams coconut creme, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce. Let it thicken while stirring. Line in 4 greased baking dishes with puff pastry. Put the meat-vegetable-mixture in it and cover it with a little puff, not hedging. Place the baking dishes in the preheated oven at 170 degrees (fan) for approximately 25 minutes. Enjoy!

Filled Chicken Breast with Tomato, Cheese and Thyme

Filled Chicken Breast with Tomato, Cheese and Thyme
Nice and easy, very tasty and quite quickly. Make a mixture of 1 chopped tomato with 1 finely chopped sundried tomato, thyme, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Flatten 2 chicken breasts with a rolling pin. Siege with the tomato mixture and fold the chicken breast over it. Siege around the chicken breast with raw ham. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Delicious with a salad and baked potatoes. Enjoy!

Tenderloin with tomato sauce

Tenderloin with tomato sauce
Prik the tip of the pork, so that the pork equally thick. Season and fry the tenderloins on both sides brown. Lower the heat and add some water. Let it simmer for a minute or 7. Heat in a small pan some oil, add 1 finely sliced red onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme to taste. When the onion is soft, add 1 canned diced tomatoes, 1/2 cube vegetable stock and 1 tablespoon sugar. Now let it simmer on a low heat for a minute or 5. Serve tenderloin with tomato sauce with fresh spaghetti! Enjoy!

Roasted Tomato Tart

Roasted Tomato Tart
Beautiful as vegetarian starter, but with 2 tarts per person as main course also very good. Defrost 4 sheets of puff pastry. Cut a cross in 250 cherry tomatoes. Put them on the baking tray and roast them a minute or 10 in the preheated oven at 170 degrees (fan). Cover meanwhile 4 little baking dishes with the puff pastry. Prik some holes in the soil and glaze the edges with a beaten egg. arrange some small pieces of brie bottom. Add the roasted cherry tomatoes in. Sprinkle on each tartlet some dried thyme and bring to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange a thin slice of brie on the cherry tomatoes and put the dishes on the grid in the preheated oven at 170 degrees (fan) for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!!

Penne with Broccoli and Beef

Penne with Broccoli and Beef
Cook the penne in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Boil (approximately) 300 grams of broccoli florets in boiling water until just done. Meanwhile cook in hot oil 300 grams sliced beef to brown. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 2 in rings sliced red onions. If the red onions are soft add 1 can peeled tomatoes. Add also 1 tablespoon soy sauce and a little worchester sauce. Season it with salt and pepper. Stir the broccoli in and leave it on low heat simmer for about 10 minutes . Serve with penne! Enjoy!

Special Pork Roulade with Cheese - Mushroom Sauce

Special Pork Roulade with Cheese - Mushroom Sauce
Cook a pork roulade with a weight of about 1 kilo brown at all side in hot butter. Add water, lower the heat and let it simmer for an hour. Meanwhile cook in hot butter 250 grams sliced chesnut mushrooms. If the mushrooms has soften add 100 ml water and add 1/2 cube beef stock. Stir until the cube has solved Add 250 ml cream and bring to the boil briefly. Keep the pan of the heat and stir in 100 grams of grated cheese. Get the net of the roulade and cut in slices. Arrange in a baking dish a slice of roulade, slice ham, slice cheese and again a slice roulade and go on until you don’t have any slice roulade. Pour the cheese-mushroom sauce over it and put the baking dish in a preheated oven at 175 degrees (fan) for approximately 30 minutes. Perfect as a main course during the holidays! Enjoy!
