Stir Fried Pork with Spring Onions
Make a marinade of 1 tablespoon rice wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of cornflour. Mix well. Marinate approximately 300 grams cut in strips pork. This should marinate for at least 20 minutes, preferably longer. Cook in hot oil the pork strips brown. If the meat is brown, add 5 chopped spring onions, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir fry for a minute or 5 and then add a handful of peanuts. Make the noodles ready as indicated on the packaging. Tasty!
