Filled Chicken Breast with Tomato, Cheese and Thyme

Filled Chicken Breast with Tomato, Cheese and Thyme
Nice and easy, very tasty and quite quickly. Make a mixture of 1 chopped tomato with 1 finely chopped sundried tomato, thyme, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Flatten 2 chicken breasts with a rolling pin. Siege with the tomato mixture and fold the chicken breast over it. Siege around the chicken breast with raw ham. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and place the baking dish in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Delicious with a salad and baked potatoes. Enjoy!
