Spaghetti with Meatballs and Creamy Mushroom Cheese Sauce
The recipe for the sauce: Make a bechemel sauce with 50 grams of butter and 50 grams of plain flour, stir in gradually 400 ml milk. Remove from the heat and melt 125 grams grated cheese in it. Add 100 ml cream and season it wit salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Make from 300 grams sausage little sausage balls. Bake the meatballs in a hot frying pan with oil. If the meatballs are brown add 1 chopped onion. When the onion has softened add you 250 grams sliced mushrooms. When the mushrooms are done add the cheese sauce . Bring the sauce to taste with a little bit basil. Just heat a bit more and serve with the spaghetti. Enjoy!
