Pizza with Spinach and Ricotta

Preheat the oven at 185 degrees (fan). Place the ready-to-make pizza dough on the baking tray. Spread the pizza dough with tomato sauce. Sprinkle over the pizza dough 1 finely chopped garlic clove. Top with 200 grams of frozen spinach (defrosted), 150 grams ricotta, 1 / 2 of sliced onion rings, 50 grams slices bacon and grated cheese. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake the pizza ready in 20 minutes. We had enough for 3 persons. Enjoy!
