Boil 300 grams of green beans al dente. Drain and set aside. Bake in a hot wok 100 grams diced bacon to crispy and add 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme to taste. When the onion is soft add 1 tablespoon plain flour and then gradually add about 250 ml of milk while you continue stirring. If you have reached the desired thickness in sauce you can stir the green beans it. Warm for another 5 minutes. Bring to taste with parsley and serve with, for example, in the oven baked potatoes.
