Tagliatelle with Mixed Mushrooms

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water with some salt. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme to taste. When the onion is soft, add 100 grams mixed mushrooms (oyster mushrooms etc) and 100 grams sliced chesnut mushrooms and bake until the mushrooms are soft. Stir in 1 can of diced tomatoes. Bring on taste with sugar and 1 / 2 cube mushroom stock. Bring to the boil, lower the heat and add about 50 grams old grated cheese. If this is melt serve the pasta sauce with tagliatelle. Sprinkle some extra grated cheese over the pasta sauce, if you like. Enjoy!
