
Make a sauce 2 teaspoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon sambal, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and a teaspoon ginger powder. Stir well. Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Fry in hot oil 300 grams of minced meat brown. When the minced meat is brown get it out of the pan. Stir fry in the remaining fat 1 thin sliced carrot slices and 1 chopped shallot for about a minute or 5. Stir in 100 grams mange touts and 100 grams sliced shi-itake mushrooms. Stir fry for a minute or 2. Put the minced meat back in the pan and add the beansprouts. Stir fry 2 minutes and add the sauce at least. Stir. Heat a bit more and serve. Enjoy!
