Onion Soup

Onion Soup
Bake in frying pan (not a non-stick frying pan1) with hot oil 4 sliced onions, put the heat not too high because it may not burn. Bake them until they get a brown color. Add 1 liter of water and add 2 cubes vegetable stock above. Add some dried Italian herbs to taste and season it. Bring to boil, and then lower the heat and let it simmer for at least half an hour. Serve with bread. Enjoy!

Pasta with 3 colour peppers

Pasta Paprika
Cook the pasta in boiling water with some salt. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion until the onion is soft. Add 1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green bel pepper cut into pieces. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add 75 grams sliced mushrooms and 8 sliced cherry tomatoes. Bake until the mushrooms are soft. Add than 250 ml sieved tomato (passata). Add 100 ml water and 1 vegetable stock cube. Bring shortly to boil, keep stirring. Lower the heat and let it simmer for a minute or 10. At least stir in 50 grams of grated cheese. On your plate, you can also add extra grated cheese. Enjoy!

Chicken Breast with Zucchini and Almonds

Chicken Breast with Zucchini and Almonds
Make a marinade of 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper. Marinate 1 sliced chicken breast for at least an hour. Fry in hot oil 65 grams almond flakes until slightly brown, then get it out the pan and fry the remaining oil in the marinated chicken breast until brown. Add 1 chopped leek and 1 diced zucchini (courgette) and bake it 5 minutes, stirr well. Then add 200 ml chicken stock and the remaining marinade. Boil to thicken the sauce a bit. Finally add the fried almond flakes. Serve with noodles for example, enjoy!

Toad in a Hole

Toad in a Hole
‘Toad in a Hole’, well not entirely because I had no more milk in the fridge and therefore I have used water instead. Create a batter of 125 grams plain flour with 2 eggs, 225 ml water, pepper and salt. Stir well and place this for halve an hour in the fridge. Wrap 2 sausages in slices bacon and fry them brown in the hot butter. Grease a baking dish and put 150 grams sliced chesnut mushrooms, ordinary mushrooms is also fine, but chesnut mushrooms have more flavor, 2 in rings choppedspring onions and about 10 cherrytomatoes. Place the sausages on the vegetables. Stir the batter and pour into the baking dish. Put the baking dish in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan) for approximately 20 minutes. Delicious with baked potatoes. Enjoy!

Noodles with Pak Choy and Shi-itake

Noodles with Bokchoy and Shi-itake
Cook the noodles according to the directions on the package. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion. When the onion is soft add 300 grams of minced beef. Fry the minced beef until brown and bring on taste with 2 tablespoons fish sauce and some pepper. Add 100 grams sliced shiitake mushrooms and fry the shitakes until soft. Add 1 chopped bolster pak choy and stir fry briefly. Add the noodles and add to taste with a little soy sauce! Enjoy!

Oven Baked Pasta with Cauliflower

Oven Baked Pasta with Cauliflower
Boil 250 grams cauliflower florets to just al dente. Drain and set aside. Cook the pasta according pack instructions. Drain and set aside. Fry in hot oil in chopped red onion until soft. Add 250 ml of water and crush 1 cube of vegetable stock or a cube of mushroom stock above it. Stir until the cube is resolved. Add 1 / 2 tablespoon of mustard and 200 ml creme fraiche. Stir until the creme fraiche is soft. Than add the cauliflower florets and the pasta and put parsley into it to taste. Stir in 50 grams of grated cheese. If the cheese is melted put everything in a baking dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and some grated cheese. Put the baking dish about 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan) and you can then attack! Enjoy!

Pasta with Peas and Mozzarella

Pasta with Peas and Mozzarella
Cook the pasta according pack instructions. Cook in a little oil 100 grams diced bacon brown, add 1 chopped onion. If the onion glazy than add 200 grams peas. Stir fry it briefly. Season it to taste with salt and pepper. If the peas are cooked add a bullet mozzarella cut into pieces to it. Let the mozzarella melt and the dish is ready! On your plate, you can also add grated cheese.
