Taco Shells with Minced Meat and Tomatot
Bake in a hot wok 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 / 2 finely chopped chilli pepper and 1 sliced spring onion. When the onion has softened add 250 grams of minced meat and fry it brown. Then add 1 sliced red peppers, bake it for a minute or 5. Add 1 canned peeled tomatoes. Warm this. Bring on taste with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Put about 7 taco shells in a baking dish and fill them with the minced meat mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese over it and put the oven dish about a minute or 5 in a preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan). Enjoy!
