Boil 200 grams of beans al dente. Drain and keep it separate. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme to taste until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams of minced meat. Bake this brown. Add 5 diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon tomato puree and oregano to taste. Let it simmer for a minute or five. Put a layer of the tomato-minced meat mixture in a baking dish, place some beans and then a layer of lasagne sheets. Then again – tomato – minced meat mixture, beans and lasagne sheets, finish with a layer of tomato-minced meat mixture, beans and grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Put the baking dish approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan). Bon appetit!
