Pita Breads with Pork escalopes Stripes
Ingredients: 2 pork escalopes, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cuminpowder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, pita breads, 1 shallot, 1 garlic clove, salt, pepper, lettuce, tomato,

Nice and easy on the Friday night! Cut 2 pork escalopes in strips and marinate them in a marinade of 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and 1 teaspoon coriander powder. Let it marinate for 15 minutes. Bake the pita breads according to the instructions on the package. Fry in the hot oil 1 finely chopped shallot until soft. Add the pork escalopes strips and 1 finely chopped clove garlic, bring it on taste with salt and pepper. Fry the pork escalopes to brown. Cut the pita breads open and fill them with lettuce. Put a few slices of tomato on the lettuce and fill it with the fried pork escalopes. Personally, you can add some garlic sauce! Enjoy!
