Chicken Breast with Honey Mustard Sauce
Season 3 chicken breasts and fry the chicken breast on both sides brown. Put the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Cook in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion until soft. Then add 250ml cream, 1 1/2 tablespoon mustard and 1 1/2 tablespoon honey. Bring shortly to boil. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken breasts. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 160C (fan) for about 30 to 35 minutes. Scatter some chopped chives over it when you get the baking dish out the oven. Serve and enjoy!
