Tortilla with a Hamburger

Easy to make on a saturday afternoon. Mix 400g minced meat with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 finely chopped shallot, a tablespoon worchester sauce, and bread crumbs. Season it to taste. Make 6 hamburgers with it and fry them in a frying pan with a bit butter. Meanwhile prepare the tortilla wraps according pack instructions. Spread lettuce on the tortilla’s and put a hamburger on each tortilla. Wrap and eat! Choose your sauce at the table. Enjoy!
