Geschnetzeltes
Cook 2 diced pork scallops brown. When the pork scallops are brown get it out of the pan. Cook in the remaining oil 1 finely chopped onion and 250g sliced mushrooms. Stir fry this for about 5 minutes. Add 20g plain flour and cook shortly. Add gradualy 150ml stock. Keep stirring! Let it boil, then add 150ml cream and the pork scallops. Just bring shortly to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Before serving sprinkle some chopped parsley over it. Enjoy!
