Curly Cabbage Pie

Defrost a pack curly cabbage and 5 sheets of puff pastry. Chop 200g mature cheese in little dices. Crush 150g cashewnuts andd add it to the cheese. Put in another bowl 125ml cream, a teaspoon thyme, a tablespoon mustard and a pinch of salt. Stir well. Also add gradually 3 eggs to the cream while stirring. Dress a pie form with the puff pastry sheets. Mix the curly cabbage with the cheese and cashew nut mixture and the cream egg mixture. Transfer this to the pie form. Place the pie form in a preheated oven at 200c for about 45 minutes. Let it cool down for 5 minutes before eating! Enjoy!
