Sauerkraut with Smoked Sausage

Maybe really Dutch and it is very easy to make it. Cook 500g sauerkraut with 4 tablespoons water for 25 minutes until it is done. After 10 minutes put on top of the sauerkraut a smoked sausage. Also cook about 750g peeled potatoes in about 25 minutes until done. Drain the potatoes and mash it with the sauerkraut. Serve with the smoked sausage and a gravy! Enjoy!
