Taco Shells with Minced Meat and Tomatot
Bake in a hot wok 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove, 1 / 2 finely chopped chilli pepper and 1 sliced spring onion. When the onion has softened add 250 grams of minced meat and fry it brown. Then add 1 sliced red peppers, bake it for a minute or 5. Add 1 canned peeled tomatoes. Warm this. Bring on taste with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Put about 7 taco shells in a baking dish and fill them with the minced meat mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese over it and put the oven dish about a minute or 5 in a preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan). Enjoy!

Oven Baked Pasta

Oven Baked Pasta
Boil 200 grams pasta al dente in boiling water with some salt. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion glazy, add on to 1 diced courgette (zucchini) and 100 grams diced salami. Bake a minute or 5. Stir the pasta with the zucchini-salami mixture and transfer it into a baking dish. Make a sauce of 200 ml creme fraiche, 3 eggs, 50 grams grated cheese, parsley to tast and salt and pepper to taste. Pour this mixture over the dish, sprinkle a bit of extra grated cheese over it and put the baking dish now in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Green Beans Lasagne

SGreen Beans Lasagne
Boil 200 grams of beans al dente. Drain and keep it separate. Fry in hot oil 1 chopped onion, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and thyme to taste until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams of minced meat. Bake this brown. Add 5 diced tomatoes, 1 tablespoon tomato puree and oregano to taste. Let it simmer for a minute or five. Put a layer of the tomato-minced meat mixture in a baking dish, place some beans and then a layer of lasagne sheets. Then again - tomato - minced meat mixture, beans and lasagne sheets, finish with a layer of tomato-minced meat mixture, beans and grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Put the baking dish approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven at 160 degrees (fan). Bon appetit!

Spaghetti with Tomatoes and Cinnamon
So simple, very tasty! Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with some salt. Bake 100 grams sliced bacon crusty, get it out the pan. Bake in the remaining fat 1 chopped onion with 2 finely chopped garlic cloves until the onion is soft. Add 250 grams of minced meat and fry it brown. Stir in 6 diced tomatoes, 250 ml sieved tomatoes and 1 / 2 teaspoon sambal. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Bring on taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of cinnamon, put back the bacon and finish it with oregano. On your plate add some grated cheese if you like! Enjoy!

Pasta with Creamy Bolognese Sauce
Fry in oil 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped celery stick and 1 diced carrot. Stir fry for a minute or five. Add 300 grams minced meat. Fry the minced meat brown and add 100 ml of red wine and cook for another 5 minutes. Add 500 ml sieved tomatoes, bring to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for about an hour. At least add 100 ml cream. Enjoy!

Pork Fillets with Mozzarella

Pork Fillets with Mozzarella
Cook in a pan with hot oil 2 finely chopped garlic cloves. Add 5 diced tomatoes. Cook this briefly, then add a bit sieved tomatoes and 1 teaspoon sugar. Season. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile fry 5 pork fillets fillets brown. Put them in a baking dish. Pour the tomato sauce over it. Put slices of mozzarella on top and sprinkle grated old cheese over it. Put the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for a minute or 5. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!

Flemish Stew

Flemish Stew
Bake in hot butter 750 grams diced braised beef to brown. Add 2 sliced onions. Bake this shorty. Pour in a botttle of a dark Belgian beer, I used for Leffe. Stir in 2 tablespoons mustard and 250 grams brown sugar candy. Stir until the sugar candy is completely dissolved. Bring on taste with salt and pepper. Lower the heat and let it simmer for a few hours, at least 2 hours! Delicious with a salad and fries! Enjoy!
