Pork Chops with Hot Sauce
Grease a baking dish with oil. Place in the baking dish 2 pork chops, put some unpeeled garlic cloves, some thyme sprigs and some rosemary sprigs on it. Pour a little oil over it and place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 200g for about 20 minutes. For the sauce cook in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion, 1 diced red pepper, 125 sliced mushrooms and 1/2 a chilli pepper . Stir fry until the vegetables are soft. Add 1 can peeled tomatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar and season it. Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes. When you get the pork chops out of the oven get rid of the thyme, rosemary and garlic. Serve with potatoes. Enjoy!
