Onion Pie with Tomatoes

Cook in hot oil 4 onions (chopped in rings) until the onions are light brown. Put the puff pastry in a lightly greased cake tin. When the onions are light brown transfer them to the cake tin. Season it. Chop about 150g cherry tomatoes in halves en place it between the onions. Add some mozzarella to the pie. Place the cake tin in a preheated oven at 200C (fan) for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
