Farfalle with Mushroom Sauce

Very easy pasta dinner with thing we had in home. It is enough for 2 not very hungry persons. Cook the farfalle according packinstructions. Heat oil in a wok and cook 1 finely chopped red onion until it is soft. Add some thyme and 200g sliced mushrooms. Stir fry until the mushrooms are soft. Add 50ml concentrated vegetable stock and 3 table spoons tomato ketchup. Bring to boil so the sauce thickens. Serve with the pasta and if you want it add some grated cheese over it. Enjoy!
