Grilled Steak with Mushrooms

Melt 25g butter until it is foaming. Add 100g slices mushrooms and cook for about 4 minutes. Add 1 finely chopped garlic clove and cook for another minute. Add 25ml white wine and stir fry shortly. Tip the mushrooms in a bowl and mix in the other ingredients: 1 tablespoon creme fraiche, 1 egg yolk, handful herbs (a mixture of parsley, chives, taragon) and 25 grated parmesan. Heat a frying pan with oil, season the steaks, and sear the steaks for 1 minute each side. Transfer the steaks to an oven dish top it with the mushroom sauce and place the oven dish in a preheated oven at 200C (Fan) for about 4 minutes. Serve it with a salad andd twisters. Enjoy!
