Fast Noodles
Cook noodles according pack instructions. Cook in hot oil 100g sliced shiitake until soft. Add 3 spring onions (chopped in rings) and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Stir fry this for about 5 minutes. Add 125g bean sprouts, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and the cooked and drained noodles. Just heat this dish a little bit more. Enjoy!

Lasagne with Chicken

Lasagne with Chicken
Cook in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion with thyme and 1 finely chopped garlic clove until the onion. Add 150g diced bacon and 2 diced chicken breasts. Cook this until the chicken is done. Add 1 diced courgette (zucchini),250g sliced chesnut mushrooms and orgena (to taste). Stir fry this until the mushrooms are sodt. Pour in 100ml cream, bring to the boil, season it, lower the heat and let it simmer and start making the cheese sauce. Melt 50g butter and 50g flour. Pour in gradually the milk until you have a good thickness for the sauce. Stir well. Get the sauce of the heat and stir in 150g grated cheese. Spoon in the 1/2 the chicken vegetable mixture in a baking dish, cover wih lasagne sheets, pour over 1/2 the cheese sauce, cover with lasagne sheets. Spoon over the rest of the chicken vegetable mixture, cover with lasagne sheets. Pour over the rest of the cheese sauce. Scatter some mozzarella and some grated cheese over it. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 175c (fan) for about 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Rotelle with Creamy Spinach

Rotelle with Creamy Spinach
Cook the rotelle (or another short pasta) according pack instructions. Stir fry in hot oil 1 finely chopped onion with 200g diced ham until the onion is soft. Add thyme to taste and about 300g spinach. Stir until the spinach is done. Add 100ml cream and 2 tablespoon grated cheese. Season it and just heat a bit more. Serve! Enjoy!

Sticky Chicken

Sticky Chicken
Make a marinade with the following ingredients: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 tablespoon tomato puree, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1 tablespoon honey. Stir well and marinate in this mixture 5 chicken drumsticks for at least an hour, best is to leave it overnigt in the fridge. Preheat the oven at 180C (fan). Place the marinated chicken stick in an oven dish and place this dish in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes. Enjoy!

Filled Chicken

Filled Chicken
Cut open 2 chicken breast. Flatten it. Spread herb butter over it and put some diced grilled red pepper over it. Fold the chicken breast. Wrap slices bacon around it. Put the chicken breasts in an oven dish and place it in a preheated oven at 180C (fan) for about 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Chinese Noodles

Chinese Noodles
Prepare the noodles following the pack instructions, drain and set apart. Make a sauce with the following ingredients: 150 ml water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato puree and 2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce. Stir well. Heat oil in a wok and stir fry a 500g Chinese vegetable mix (keep the bean sprouts apart). Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add the bean sprouts, sauce, 1/2 tablespoon ginger powder and the noodles. Stir fry for another 2 minutes and serve! Enjoy!

Rotelle all’ Amatriciana

Rotelle all' Amatriciana
Pasta all’ Amatriciana by Antonio Carluccio. Cook the rotelle (or another short pasta) following pack instructions. Cook 1 finely chopped onion with 150g diced bacon in hot oil until the bacon is lightly golden brown. That takes about 10 minutes. Add 750g diced tomatoes. Stir well, Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Season it with pepper (and if you like it salt, but take care the bacon is also salty!). Serve the sauce with the rotelle and sprinkle some grated cheese over it. Enjoy!
