Tortilla Wraps with Chicken, Red Pepper and Tomato

Marinate 2 diced chicken breast about 2 hours ahead wit 2 tablespoons oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teasppon ground koriander and 1 teaspoon cumin. Fry in a hot wok (without oil) the marinated chicken breasts with 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped red pepper and 3 chopped tomatoes for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile heat the tortilla wraps following the pack instructions. Scatter some fresh koriander leaves over the chicken breast. Put some of the chicken tomato mixture over the tortilla wraps and roll them and your ready to serve! Enjoy!




I was just wondering how many does this recipe serve for as i was looking to make 2/3 tortilla wraps.
We ate this with 3 persons. Per person we had 2 wraps!
