Little Tomato Pies

For 4 tomato pies, you need 4 sheets puff pastry. Put the puff pastry sheets into little greased and floured oven bowls. Wash 250g cherry tomatoes and detach the stem. Cut a shallow x at the bottom of each cherry tomato. Put the cherry tomatoes into the little oven bowls bottom up. Pour 1 dessert spoon honey over each oven bowl filled with the cherry tomatoes. Scatter some pine nuts and fresh thyme leaves over it and place the oven bowls into a preheated oven at 180C. Leave it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve it with a salade. Enjoy!
